Well, what you really should mention is that these “mountains” on the cover are the sleeves of his EPs, Julie EP, Rocky Dennis In Heaven EP and Maple Leaves EP. This is a collection of tracks from these EPs.

This cover is great.

I like pastels, I’ve also seen them used plenty in progressive graphic design – not just interior design and hair salon owners.

I really quite like his photos too; but they bear no relationship to his design stuff. The photos have that iciness to them that we, for some reason, associate with those “northern” folk.

I expected all the other artists work to be similar with Jens just saying “I’ll have one of those for my cover” but his/her work is quite varied.

It’s quite nice an calming. It does feel like an interior swatch pallete for a recovery wing at a hospital but as you said pastels have that stigma.
