can anyone tell me how trevor jackson has made this cover?!

I think some white dots are smaller than others. You just have to find the right radius for a good effect.

    Ow, my eyes hurt.

For all my money though, the ultimate pink cover is MBV’s Loveless.

Just cross your eyes and look into it. Straightens up the words.

    how is it done?

where you see the letters, the color is SLIGHTLY different than the white.

in the 2nd one, the white is #FFFFFF and the words are #FEFEFE

It’s pretty easy. Go ps and create a pattern of a transparent dot circumsized by a black border. then create a layer underneath it in white and type smt with a slightly dirty white. You can change the colours, it will be fine.

The dots in the first image are slightly smaller where they form characters, and the lines in the 2nd image are slightly thicker where they form characters. VERY well done. And good music too.
